here to tell us the rest of it is tony himself, here with us via skype. impressive song. >> thank you. >> what inspired it? >> well, you know, basically people ask all the time what were you doing all over the country? what happened was, you know, i was a sportscaster in columbus, this is my hometown, columbus, ohio. like many people in today's economy, i had been laid off my job. for me, it was a dream job. it's all the i wanted to do. i was content there. when you get laid off from your dream job, you kind of ask what's next. i asked some friends, and they say you do what you always wanted to do but you couldn't do because you had a job. for me, one of my biggest passions and hobbies growing up has been playing music. so i literally made a tour for myself. i looked around the internet, found open mics all over the country and decided to go on tour. >> i love it. so you wrote this song that you sing, and you talk about specific parts of the country but you went to those parts to film your own video. >> right. i basically knew i was going to take a nation
